Ticket purchases are handled by the ticketing provider. We receive your name, email address, ticket type and any access requirements you choose to share. Newsletter sign-ups store only your email address.

We use attendee details to issue badges, plan catering and seating, provide access support and send practical updates about the event. We do not sell personal data.
