Mapping Shared Services

Few services sit inside a single organization. In this workshop, Owen Lark leads a mapping exercise that follows one person's journey across the teams, contracts and systems that serve them.

Participants build a shared map in small groups, mark where responsibility changes hands, and leave with a reusable template and a short guide for running the same exercise with their own partners.
