Trust in a service is built from promises, the evidence that those promises are kept, and what happens when they are not. In this hands-on session, Priya Nair guides small groups through a service of their choice.

Participants map each promise, the signal that shows it was met and the failure state that follows when it is not, and leave with a one-page trust map they can use with their own teams.
